Lemon Vinaigrette Dressing
A lemony vinaigrette that can be used on various salads. Its got a little punch from the lemon to lighten up any meal.

Method
Combine all ingredients into a mini blender and pulse until smooth. Store in mason jar, good for about 1 week when stored in refrigerator.
