Dutch Baby

Delicious and super easy baked pancake. Great for breakfast or brunch! Pairs great with yogurt and berries.

Ingredients
  

  • 1 cup All purpose flour
  • 2 tbsp Granulated sugar
  • 1.5 tsp Vanilla
  • 4 eggs (room temperature)
  • 1 cup Milk
  • 2 tbsp butter

Method
 

  1. Heat the oven with a short-walled cast iron pan to 400 degrees F.
  2. Layer the milk, flour, sugar, vanilla, and eggs in a blender. Mix on high until it has doubled in size.
  3. With an oven mitt, remove the hot cast iron pan and melt the 2 tbsp of butter and coat the bottom of the pan. Pour the Dutch baby batter into the pan and return to the oven.
  4. Bake for 22-25 minutes.
  5. Remove from oven and enjoy with your favorite toppings!
